((Okay.))
A red cumberbund wrapped around Bridget's waist seperated the dusty cut up brown breaches and the white shirt. Shuffling through he hold, she found her Rapier and hitched it to her belt, along with a spare pistol. Now that she had no need to apprear innocent, she looked like a true sailor. Bridget sulked over to a crate and pulled out a wittled piece of wood.

"Head east, Selkirk," she said to the helmsman. "I want to be as far from land as possible when he wakes up."

"Aye, Capt'n," Selkirk said, taking the wheel. The first flecks of dawns early coming appeared on the horizon. The gentle wind and receding tide offered plenty of speed for the agile sloop. Keeping the yard arm at a steeding East ward angle, he asked,"Have you any plan of were ye want? Besides East?"

"Not really. As long as we're far enough out so he can't swim to shore." She looked down at the pirate. "Why would he kill my father?"

Selkirk had known the lady's father, and he knew perfectly well why that could have happened. Even though, he still lied. "I've no clue, Ree. Ye father was a trusty sailor, as long and as far as I had sailed under 'im."

"I know. Why? Just why? And then my sister had to leave and..." She sighed, her deep brown hair falling over her dark-skinned face. "This pirate should be tortured and killed."

"Perhaps your father had deserved the same fate? You never know what he did while he was away. He could have been a pirate himself!" Selkirk hoped she would catch on, but the stubborn way about her told him she wouldn't listen.

"A pirate? Please, Selkirk, he was no such thing." She went to the starboard railing and looked back at land. "We still have a ways to go,"

"You never no, Capt'n." But he dropped the matter. The sun came up before them and he imagined the image from land was one of a ship made of gold. The barnacles on the splintering wood proved the only reason why that was a figure of speech. The stained oak resembled the shimmering gold of a pirates fabled gold tooth. The sails were weathered, but in a good way, creating a creamish hue to them.

Ree saw the pirate stir. "He's waking up!" She drew her sword and patted her pistol. "Boy, will he be in trouble."

Bridget bolted upright. Apparently her watch would soon be ending. Taking the rapier from her belt, she walked cautiusly up to the captive. The speck of land was still in sight, and scattered rocks dotted the waves not one hundred yards form the ship. "If he's smart, he could still make it to land! Bring 'er up on starboard and head to deeper waters, Selkirk." Turning to Ree, "Sorry for ordering, habit."

"I don't mind, as long as those orders aren't insane." She looked back at Jack Sparrow. "Why would you do such a thing?" she muttered.

Jack groggily opened his eyes, the light temporarily blinding him. He looked at Ree and Bridget, then Selkirk. " do I know you?"

"Perhaps it's better you don't," Bridget snapped, her hand resting steadily on the hilt of her sword. Sidestepping to let Ree get a closer looker, she shuffled around the barrels and crates in silent motions. Checking the bonds, she reached down.
